Physical Therapist are evidence based movement specialists who work alongside you to find solutions to your pain, movement restrictions, and performance limitations. Performance Project is designed to address YOU(r) condition by blending rehab with performance. A comprehensive approach integrating the right balance of strength and conditioning, movement variability, and rehab; to not only fully restore function but to also optimize performance.

 

Performance Project is located inside the facilities at Upstate Performance Project. We find that the best place to get proven results is found within a framework you understand and alongside highly motivated fitness enthusiast that push the limits of performance enhancement. Breaking the mold of traditional rehab models begins being surrounded by resources equipped to load and challenge your preparedness. We follow a cash based physical therapy model. Which means we do not accept insurance and payment is due on the date of service.
